Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, discounted items, and gift cards. Due to the unique nature of vintage and designer pieces, some items may be marked as final sale and will not be eligible for returns.

Please note that vintage items may show minor signs of wear due to age. Any significant flaws or imperfections will be clearly noted in the product description.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item before placing your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Exchanges 
Due to the limited and unique nature of many of our vintage and designer pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You may then place a new order for the item you prefer.

In some cases, store credit may be offered for approved returns, which can be used toward a future purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If your return does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be rejected. In this case, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
